Thanks Jim, paintings are always better in person, but it is a good one with all the textures to see in person :)

Lovely Words Marjorie. I am assuming you were the buyer of the print of my weeping willow and this is the picture you plan to hang on your wall. Thanks so much for your purchase and hope it helps in your continued healing :)
Marjorie Martorella
There was a woman who loved her husband beyond all reason, but then he died. While the balance of her mind was disturbed, she left her house on the river where she had lived for many years and bought a tiny row house, with old wood and a patch of garden, far away in Baltimore . All during the long winter she feathered her nest with her grandmother's this and her great grandmother's that and waited. In the spring she discovered that although her husband was still gone, she was not dead but only grieving. So she bought a picture and framed it with the caption "A chaque oiseau son nid est beau." She put it on her wall, went out to a movie and then continued on.

Lovely story, I should have you write the stories to my paintings. It also inspires me to think about story lines more. Thanks Charlie.
